Dave heads the Emerging Enterprise Center. His practice focuses on representation of technology companies from start up to exit. Dave handles venture financings, merger and acquisition transactions, public offerings, private placements, PIPE transactions and executive employment contracts.

Dave’s clients come from all sectors of the entrepreneurial community and include companies in the telecom, data storage, software, social networking, medical devices, biotech, and clean tech.  His clients include many early stage companies, angel financed companies, venture financed companies, and public companies.  Dave also represents angel investors, venture funds and investment banks.

Dave is a Partner at Foley Hoag and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.
