Kanasha’s practice at the EEC focuses on advising start-up companies on corporate formation, angel and venture capital financings and general corporate matters. Kanasha is also involved in the publication of our quarterly Venture Perspectives periodical where she reviews and analyzes venture backed deals each quarter.

Kanasha was a hardware design engineer prior to her transition to legal practice. She designed low and mid-range servers and designed and performed stress testing on them to determine their operating parameters.
