Prithvi's work is primarily in the start-up and VC space. He advises start-ups in the high tech, clean-tech and life sciences sectors on corporate formation, founder arrangements, equity incentive plans, angel and venture capital financings, strategic transactions and other general corporate matters. Prithvi also works extensively with venture capital and angel investors on financings and other deals related to their portfolio companies.
Before law, Prithvi's experiences included co-founding a start-up, working with the SBDC (Small Business Development Corporation) and a career in management consulting. He was born and brought up in India.
