He regularly advises entrepreneurs and venture capitalists on a wide range of issues in support of their companies’ growth, from compensation strategies to liquidity transactions.
Bob brings a unique perspective to his clients having worked for a public accounting firm and as a controller for a software localization company prior to law school. Bob’s clients also represent a variety of industries, including life sciences, homeland defense, e-commerce, and network infrastructure.
