Hemmie Chang is a Partner at Foley Hoag LLP, where she chairs the Licensing & Strategic Alliances Practice Group and focuses on complex collaboration and licensing transactions. She is a member of the firm’s Life Sciences, Venture Capital & Emerging Companies, and Energy Technology & Renewables practices. Hemmie has over two decades of experience advising both pharmaceutical and emerging biotech companies on IP transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of assets.
