Mike Feinstein has been an investor and entrepreneur since 1982. Prior to co-founding Sempre, he was a General Partner at Venrock Associates in Cambridge, MA from 2004-2006. In all of his investments, he played the role of lead investor and was significantly involved in company strategy, financing, and business development. Prior to Venrock, Mr. Feinstein was a General Partner at Atlas Venture in Waltham, MA for five years. At Atlas, he established and led the firm’s communications investment practice, leading investments in a range of companies in networking, semiconductors, and software infrastructure. Over the course of his investment career, he has served on the boards of 14 venture-backed companies.
