Over 20 year track record in Business Development, executing and delivering real-time transaction processing solutions in financial, and healthcare sectors, strategic account acquisition and management, retail, e-commerce, and consumer marketing. Prior to founding Capture Code, Tony was the CTO for MBI (now Metavante) where he lead the product development of debit card (Master and Visa) solution for healthcare, transportation and Section 123 Cafeteria plan. MBI was successfully sold to Metavante for $145M with 30X multiple of EBITDA.
Tony has extensive experience in building business in mission critical transaction processing systems and is a pioneer in creating the FSA, HSA, CDHP debit card solution. Tony held senior management positions at Cambridge Technology Partners, and Fidelity Investments where he was responsible for building and delivering an integrated business solutions: NASDAQ Compliance Systems, Ticker Plants, Fund Accounting, and Portfolio Management Systems for domestic and international equities. Tony was also responsible for developing strategic business and technology partnerships, vendor management, third party integration, offshore development and global data center establishments. Tony Holds Bachelor of Electronics and Electrical Communication, Masters in Computer Engineering, and an MBA (High Tech) from NorthEastern University, Boston.
